In deze functie houd je je bezig met het ontwerp en de uitvoering van de elektrische besturingssystemen van onze producten. Hierbij kun je denken aan het opstellen van de functionele beschrijvingen, deze vertalen naar componenten en basisschema's en het aansturen van toeleveranciers. Daarnaast heb je voldoende kennis van en affiniteit met PLC besturingen. Je werkt samen met mechanische, software en hydraulische engineers om tot een goed systeem te komen. Tijdens het in bedrijf stellen van onze producten vervul je een spilfunctie door het maken en uitvoeren van testprogramma's. Uitzenden naar het buitenland voor een korte periode behoren tot de mogelijkheden.

Wij vragen:

Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde op minimaal HBO niveau, aangevuld met relevante ervaring. Je hebt kennis van PLC systemen en affiniteit met zware machines. Kennis van EPLAN is een pre, evenals kennis van ATEX. Verder ben je flexibel, pro actief en kun je zelfstandig werken. Affiniteit met en kennis van hydraulische systemen is een pré.

Department and job description

Being an Electrical Engineer you specify and design the entire electrical installation for the drive and control system of the project. These systems consist of functional descriptions, component selection and the basic electrical diagrams. You are the first point of contact for subcontractors, clients and for colleagues of the other disciplines in your field of expertise. Together with the mechanical, hydraulics and software engineers you are responsible for the engineering of all hydraulics, electrical and control systems in the SMST installations.

We require:

You have a HTS or TU degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and several years of relevant work experience. You are familiar with PLC systems and you have affinity with heavy equipment. Knowledge of EPLAN, as well as ATEX is a plus. You are flexible, independent and are willing to travel abroad occasionally for shorter periods.
